Use Conva responsibly.
Conva is early software offered free during its invite-only beta. It may change, and it should not be your only record of an important conversation.
Applying and access
Submitting a beta application tells us where Conva would matter to you; it does not create an account or grant access by itself. We review applications and send invites as beta spots open up. Using the beta requires an account, used for sign-in, settings sync, and support.
Recording and consent
You are responsible for following the laws and agreements that apply to your conversations. Recording and transcription rules differ by location; obtain the consent you need before capturing another person.
Your content
Your transcripts, recordings, and reference material remain yours. You give Conva only the limited permission required to process content through features you choose to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Conva to break the law, deceive, harass, violate another person's privacy, or cause harm. Beta access may be suspended when it is abused.
Beta availability
The beta is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.
Future paid service
There is no published price or charge during the current beta. If paid access begins later, the applicable offer and updated terms will be shown before you choose it.
