How it works

Prepared before the call. Present when it matters.

Conva prepares around your world, follows the live conversation, and gives you useful perspective while there is still time to use it.

Meet Ally. Ally is Conva's intelligence layer. It follows the live conversation, draws on the Context and sources you choose, and offers concise perspective while you decide what to say.

Choose the ground Ally should know. Your material and Ally's prepare-time briefing become a focused Context for the conversation.

Not just notes after the call. One continuous loop before, during, and after the conversation.

01 · Prepare

Give the conversation a Context.

Choose the material that matters. Before the call, Ally researches the gaps, gathers useful datapoints, and compiles a briefing designed for the questions likely to come.

Preparation happens before the live conversation, so answers can stay fast and focused.
Your material is one input — not a boundary on what Ally can understand.

02 · Listen

Stay with the people, not the controls.

As details arrive out of order, Conva keeps the speakers, the current question, dates, prices, and update details connected. No meeting bot joins the call.

Question Radar notices the ambiguity while the question is still being asked.
Dates, figures, and commitments stay visible while the host keeps listening.

03 · Clarify

Get an angle. Keep your voice.

Ally separates what changed, when it arrives, and what it costs into one usable answer backed by distinct sources — while the conversation is still live.

Conva never speaks automatically. You decide what is relevant and what you want to say.

04 · Remember

Leave with the record — not the fog.

Return to the transcript, the dates, the figures, the sources, and the commitments captured during the session. The longer-term vision adds evidence-linked review and selective cross-call memory.

Current session history remains available for review.
Richer Conversation Review and cross-call learning are labeled coming soon.

Capability, stated plainly

The same idea, with honest limits on every surface.

Windows desktop

Microphone and supported system audio can capture both sides, with local transcription and the full live experience.

macOS desktop

Microphone-side capture is available today. System-audio capture is future work and is never implied as shipped.

Web experience

The browser cannot provide every desktop capability. Unsupported features become clear “get the app” states, not silent gaps.

Your conversation stays yours.

Audio stays on the device. No bot joins. If hosted AI is used, Conva explains what text is sent and why. Ally offers perspective; it does not impersonate you, interrupt, or press send.

No bot in the room No automatic speaking Sources and inference stay distinguishable
